Why it matters

Building projects generate a lot to keep track of.

Agreements change. Documents get lost. Work gets completed. Payments get made. Track My Build keeps the important parts of your project together in one clear record.

Everything agreed

Keep milestones, scope and variations recorded.

Everything completed

Builders upload progress and evidence as work progresses.

Everything documented

Keep certificates, documents and payment history together for the future.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish.

  1. Step 1

    Set up the project

Add the work, milestones and key documents.

  2. Step 2

    Builder updates progress

Upload evidence and documents as work progresses.

  3. Step 3

    Customer reviews

Review progress and approve completed milestones.

  4. Step 4

    Keep the complete record

Project history, documents, approvals and payments stay together.

Where your money sits

When you fund a milestone your card is charged and Track My Build holds that money until you approve the work. Nothing is released until you press approve, and you can ask for it back at any time before you do. It is not held in a separate client account, it is not safeguarded, and it is not covered by the FSCS. Track My Build is not a bank and is not authorised by the FCA. What that means in full.

Choose your plan by the number of jobs you run at once. Every plan gives you the whole platform.

Essential

£49.99 a month

1 active project

For a builder running one job at a time. The full platform, with nothing held back.

Choose Essential
Most popular

Professional

£99.99 a month

Up to 4 active projects

For builders running several jobs at once. The same platform, more capacity.

Choose Professional

Business

£149.99 a month

Unlimited active projects

For established contractors managing many concurrent jobs.

Choose Business

Need one more job than your plan covers? Add an active project for £29.99 a month. A project only counts once you accept the job, so quoting for work costs you nothing. When a job is finished and handed over it is archived and stops counting, so the slot frees up for your next one.

Prices are per month and are the total you pay. We take no percentage of your construction value. The card processing cost on each milestone is deducted from the builder’s payout and shown on their receipt; Track My Build keeps none of it. Full fee terms.
